Commercial Distiller

This commercial distiller is specifically designed for breweries looking to produce a wide range of spirits, including whiskey, gin, fruit brandy, rum, and wine spirits. It also offers the possibility of producing vodka with the addition of a vodka column and multiple distillation cycles (typically 2-3 times). The system is well-suited for start-up distilleries or as an advanced test still for established distilleries in the brewery industry.

Distiller pot: The inner pot is made of full copper, with an outer steam jacket insulated for safety and efficiency. The exterior is polished with a fish scale finish, and a full glass manhole allows visual inspection. The top is equipped with an agitator for stirring.

Column plates: Constructed with full copper bubble plates, each plate features side pass valves for operation, CIP (clean-in-place) ball inserts for cleaning, and a CIP pipe and valve on the back for easy cleaning and maintenance.

Bubble caps: The distillation system includes bubble caps, downcomers, bubble plates, red copper screws, and bubble tees, with options for stainless steel 304 or red copper components.

Bottom collection tanks: A water tank collects condenser water for cycling during CIP cleaning, while alcohol tanks directly collect product from the parrot spout. A water pump is connected at the bottom for efficient liquid transfer.

Control panel: The control panel is made from durable stainless steel 304 for long-term use in brewery environments.

Parrot spout: The parrot spout is enclosed with a sanitary glass cover, featuring a copper lid at the top for easy opening and a valve at the bottom for precise control.
